Detailed description of the problem

Could not find an experiment with hashtag yesterday and could not find it in the experiments section.
Could not understand why ?
Realised that i had the scope settings to me only.
After setting it to team, i could find the experiment created by my colleague and could quote it.

Expected Behavior

Searching resources or experiment when scope is set to me should allow me to search everything i want to search.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

See description above.

Do you have any idea what may have caused this?

Unexpected behaviour but could be a feature.

Do you have an idea how to solve the issue?

Less restrictive search when scope is set.

What is your docker-compose configuration?

;

Output of uname -a

;

Output of cat /etc/os-release

;

Output of docker info

;

Relevant php error log entry

;

Additional information

Thanks for all the hard work.

Seems to be working as expected on dev:

On this image, you see the scope is set as Self, but the experiment from another user is still shown, because we're using a tag filter (and not hashtag, this is not X ^^).
