Update to latest API spec, update ES test server to use SSL #384

Update generated code to the latest API specification. This includes elastic/elasticsearch-specification#1823 that fixes #286, fixes #383, fixes #298, fixes #264, fixes #353, fixes fixes #282, fixes #332, fixes #339.

Also updates ElasticsearchTestServer to use SSL with ES 8.x

# Push it to GitHub
git push --set-upstream origin backport-384-to-7.17
# Go back to the original working tree
cd ../..
# Delete the working tree
git worktree remove .worktrees/backport-7.17

Then, create a pull request where the base branch is 7.17 and the compare/head branch is backport-384-to-7.17.
