Hi, currently there isn't an animated transition when manually controlling the Scrollbar, for example:

const scrollInstance = ref(0)

const handleScroll = (type: 'previous' | 'next') => {
  const max = scrollInnerRef.value?.scrollWidth || 0
  if (type === 'previous') {
    scrollbarRef.value?.setScrollLeft(scrollInstance.value < 60 ? 0 : scrollInstance.value - 60)
  } else {
    scrollbarRef.value?.setScrollLeft(scrollInstance.value + 60 > max ? max : scrollInstance.value + 60)
  }
}

In this example, I'm displacing 60px per operation, but it seems a bit stiff without animation, so I hope it can be enhanced.
