Steps to reproduce

随便选择一个选项查看msg格式为JSON
随便创建一个option，查看msg，发现为普通字符串

What is Expected?

当value为object时，如果用户创建一个新的值，那么v-model得到的值也应为object，object的值根据value-key、props得到

What is actually happening?

实际上为一个普通的字符串，格式不统一
