Keyboard shortcut g c is not working

We defined two shortcuts: c and g c. But for some reason, c is always prioritized and prevents the g c shortcut from working.

Once fixing this issue, we also want to assign g c for the compose page instead because c is used for the compose dialog, and assign the conversation page shortcut to g d (direct) or g m (message).

crtl + f on Windows + Chrome not working (will open browser search), there are other combinations not working on Windows, I'll report them later:
