1. Click 'Request icon' button
2. Fill in fields like 'Icon name', 'Usage', 'Similar icon image'

Maybe You can use Notion API to manage requests

Not yet, I first wanted to add a couple of things like tags and categories, which I just launched, so now that it's done I can focus on adding this for the next update. I'll keep you posted.
