Title. I'd post a log file, but this should be enough.

[13:54:51] [Server thread/WARN] [ArchaicFix/]: The Lord of the Rings Mod loaded a new chunk [12190, 6166] in dimension 100 (MiddleEarth) while populating chunk [12190, 6165], causing cascading worldgen lag.

Sometimes you'll end up with big holes in the world that never load unless you relog. It happens randomly as well, sometimes its common, sometimes it may take hours of running around for it to happen. It's very hard to reproduce.

I'd recommend testing on my modpack if you want to test with 100+ mods.
Otherwise, this message from the log and the picture are all I can provide.

try changing cleanup time to 0 in chicken chunk config to fix ghost chunks
