Suggestion:

  • Within 3 dots (hamburger button) on the right, under "Truncate after this..." menu, create an "Improve Query" or "Improve Prompt" option that will:

Append to the beginning of a current drafted query, the following prompt language...

"Adopt the role of 1 or more logically relevant subject matter experts most qualified to provide an authoritative, nuanced answer to the following query. IMPROVE the query provided below based on this expertise and proceed to respond. Do NOT state the experts chosen unless asked, here is the user query.....[USER QUERY]"

I see this could potentially be combined with the condenser feature below #292:

"I'd like to do this in a generic way. Where in the current app would it be a good place to start a condenser?

  • some sort of top level Tools > Condenser
  • an abstract "Prompts Store" > Condenser
  • in the Chat, on the "Composer" (where one types), to condense the text into the user message
  • in the Chat, on any Message (3 dots that appear when hovering a chat persona), to condense that message before sending it further
  • ...

Where else and what's the optimal workflow?
