TorsionDivisorsCubicZariskiPairs

Computations for the Torsion divisors of plane curves with maximal flexes and Zariski pairs, joint paper of E. Artal, S. Bannai, T. Shirane and H. Tokunaga, Math. Nachr. 296 (2023), no. 6, 2214–2235, DOI:10.1002/mana.202000319, also available at arXiv:2002.00279

You can browse thorugh several folders:

  • ExistenceOfCurves. It gives the details of Proposition 3.14.
  • Triangles.
    • Group $G_1$ of Proposition 4.3
    • Group $G_2$ of Proposition 4.3
  • 9Torsion.
    • Description of the 9-torsion of the cubic curve $x^2 y+ y^2 z+ z^2 x=0$.

You can:

  • Download the files and use a Sagemath installation; note that sirocco optional package (Miguel Marco and Marcos Rodríguez) must be installed for the files in the folder Triangles.
  • Use binder Binder for verifications. Sometimes the first time you use it an error may occur, try again.

Thanks to the team of sage-binder-env, Nicolas M. Thiéry and E. Madison Bray, and to the team of Sagemath in conda-forge, Julian Rüth and Fernando Isuru.
