Filtering Named Edges in GraphQL Queries with gqlgen and ent

I'd like to process queries using GraphQL.

When using edge with 99designs/gqlgen, I believe we end up using named-edges and would likely return the response directly.

However, I'd like to filter out some records at the edge based on security requirements and not return them in the response. Since namedEdge is not exported, I cannot manipulate it.

(For instance, I'd like to do something like u.Edge.Group= nil)

While it seems possible to achieve this with a custom template, isn't there a standard solution? Also, are there plans to add this capability as a standard feature in the future?
