Create workflow dispatches for CI tests

Tasks:

• Create workflow dispatch to run branches without the need to push a pr in ci tests ([main.yaml] -> Add workflow dispatch for branches in CI tests #2673)
• Add possible dispatches for running specific tests only. This may require attending to its dependents.
  • For instance, if I want to trigger test acceptance-api-cep-different-k8s, the linter test is needed. Something similar occurs with acceptance-apps one, where 2 tests are needed as well as precedent and 1 following.
    
• Maybe think is making k8s version a dispatch as well.
