Dependency ice-cap isn't maintained

I was looking threw the dependencies of "esdoc", when I found "ice-cap". Regarding snyk it isn't maintained anymore and needs security reviews: https://snyk.io/advisor/npm-package/ice-cap

For example, it contains "cheerio@0.20.0" as a dependency. This old version of cheerio has "jsdom@7.0.2" registered as an optional dependency. This old version of "jsdom" still uses the deprecated "request" package. I also created an issue in the "ice-cap"-repository, but I'm not sure if the maintainer will upgrade it.

Hopefully, you can find an alternative to ice-cap to remove security vulnerabilities.
