--env-info option doesn't work

Hey there. When I try to run --env-info it doesn't work for some reason and I don't know why. Anyone could point me out why I get this error maybe?
./node_modules/.bin/eslint --env-info

Error finding eslint version running the command npm ls --depth=0 --json eslint
spawnSync npm ENOBUFS

I've upgraded from 7.3.1 to 7.30.0 + this guide

Alright seems like one of the dependency of imaginarycloud setup namely "eslint-plugin-react-hooks" install old version of it thus breaking something in eslint. Updated to "eslint-plugin-react-hooks": "4.2.0", and its working again
