I deleted docs that referenced an old 2FA flow based on Keybase, which we no longer use.
Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
Based on a comment by @nzakas, I chose to delete these rather than update them.
Once the bot has successfully posted a release issue using the new template, I also want to update the release instructions on the website to make them consistent, but I think that's best left for a separate pull request.
