Upgrades to espree@9.4.0 (not yet released), which adds ecmaVersion 2023 and support for hashbang comments.
This doesn't provide any new features in ESLint because ESLint already supports hashbang comments.
What changes did you make? (Give an overview)
Several tests were failing because the "latest" ecmaVersion now becomes 2023, and because Espree tokenizes hashbangs as "Hashbang" type comments. To fix that, I:
es2023globals (currently the same ases2022andes2021globals) for the flat config inconf/globals.jsastUtils.canTokensBeAdjacentto handletype: "Hashbang"in addition totype: "Shebang". Also to allow passed source code strings to contain only comments (this is to keep some existing tests with hashbangs; those tests were passing becauseespree.tokenizeused to throw parsing errors on#!, but now it can parse hashbangs).Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
