Get device name unprovisioned in provisioner (IDFGH-12802)

I want to get the name of the device that has not been provisioned.

Describe the solution you'd like.

On the example esp32-ble-mesh (provisioner) project I tried to find and get the device's name before sending it to my server through mqtt but I couldn't because it was not found in the api and the data received in the param. However, on my mobile device that supports bluetooth, the name of the unprovisioned device is displayed.
If there is an api or information about the name of this device, please help me.
