Please upgrade grpc version used in etcd go.mod

In kubernetes, we have been jumping through hoops trying to ensure that we can work with the old versions of grpc used in etcd. example

• In Apiserver tracing kubernetes/kubernetes#94942, we will end up using a REALLY old version of go.telemetry.io as newer go.telemetry.io modules use newer grpc
• In deps: Rollback grpc from v1.33.2 to v1.27.1 google/cadvisor#2724, we rolled back to older grpc so we could vendor cadvisor into kubernetes
• In google.golang.org/grpc cannot be upgraded >= v1.30.0 kubernetes/kubernetes#93320 (comment), you can see that other folks who need to use newer grpc AND kubernetes are stuck because we end up limiting kubernetes to the the older versions of grpc

Looks like we don't have a way of dropping gogo-protobuf in k8s yet.
