Add All Corps In Alliance To Affiliate Corp List

It's be nice to get a reminder in roster when a new corp is added that it's missing a director key. It'd be good if all corps in the main alliance were automatically added as affiliate corps instead of having to add them manually in the config.

Further: Are there only two corp types? What privileges does "affiliate corp" grant? If nothing we can stick with that, else is there some benign third corp type?

affliate corp allows us to audit to make sure all members of affiliate corps are registered to someone with a main in a main corp. we should really do this for all of BEAR heh
