Real rule should be if the SOUND side only contains one non-capsule participant.

zKill has another algorithm that doesn't match well.

The real rule is sliiightly different, it's "if the person is the only SOUND pilot present". The edge case involving capsules is if the person is the only SOUND pilot and loses their ship and their pod.
