This is especially useful to make sure all alts are on the roster with someone who is just apping to corp

Can't you currently do this on the roster page, just by clicking on the "alts" for a given person? You may need to be staff. And you can do it for yourself via the dashboard

If the person has 0 characters in a SOUND-affiliated corp, they didn't appear on /roster for me. I had to go into /admin/account-logs and look there to verify that they had created a roster account and associated all of their alts.

This is relevant when someone has just joined their main to SOUND, API is lagging, and has apped a bunch of other alt characters to corp

This view should almost certainly be hidden behind a staff-only permission.

Interesting, I hadn't even realized that restriction was there. And yes, it should be hidden behind staff-only.
