The method readbytes is not capable to diferentiate if the readed value is null or an empty string

Can you validate if the latest version of https://github.com/eyeem/php-cassandra-binary works for you? I think we fixed it there.
Also it is right now an issue to write null values. I am preparing a 0.3.0 release at the moment to allow that.
