huge delay after using the picture tool

tools are mirroring with no delay to the other user. however, after downloading a picture, a huge delay to mirror the picture to the other user.

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by "tools are mirroring". Do you mean modifications applied to one canvas reflect on a synced one?

@MichaelMarom is your issue related when importing an image into the scene? If so, pasting images depends vastly on the network speed, as its content first needs to be uploaded and then transferred over the wire and downloaded by the other clients; which could cause issues when importing large images.
