As a follow up to #1111.

  • Get project title instead of index page title from xref:key (surface project information)
  • Deprecate identifier on crossReference, etc nodes in favour of target
  • Figure out CORSs for github pages
  • move myst.xref.json types to myst-common
  • remove theme node picking and use myst-common 📦 Bump myst myst-theme#384
  • add maxNodes to embed directive
  • Search parent paths for myst.xref.json so you don't need to know where the project root is as an external user
