[Expo 50] Expo app crash on start

I updated my expo app from Expo 49 to Expo 50. I am using development build. The app crash with following error message which I have no idea what is casuing it.

Attempting to call JS function on a bad application bundle: HMRClient.setup()
Attempting to call JS function on a bad application bundle: AppRegistry.runApplication()

Can anyone point out what should I look for to find the root cause of the error?

I managed to fixed this issue. There are something to do with the babel.config.js

I was uing ['@babel/preset-env', {targets: {node: 'current'}}] in my preset. Removing it solve the issue.
