Would it be possible to add eza to the devcontainer feature list (devcontainers/features)?

I implemented all the necessary scripts at social-anthrax/eza-devcontainer, so I'm happy to oversee the PRs required.

Personally I am not against fell free to create a pr on devcontainers as you wish
