Having a flag to --skip-submodules would make eza double as a git ls-files / gitree replacement.

I found some dupes on the original repo, but not active: ogham/exa#1089 ogham/exa#1155

Willing to contribute.

Just be aware that there's a big PR going to be merged soon that changes how we parse arguments (we're switching to clap) so perhaps wait for that before adding a new option... (#197)
