"Hyperparameter Optimization via Raytune" link in website is broken. #2090

Just a head's up that clicking on this link in the tutorial page leads to a 404.

Thanks for the heads up @lambertsbennett. In the meantime, here's a link to the tutorial notebook stored on github:

"from ax.utils.tutorials.cnn_utils import CNN, evaluate, load_mnist, train\n",
-- it should work if ran locally. Have a great rest of your week :)

Ah yes, we stopped generating the Raytune tutorial in #1974 because it "mysteriously fails." We should
[ ] Change the website to not point users to a 404 page
[ ] Eventually fix the tutorial
