Cannot read property 'range' of null

After updating CRA to 4.0.0 Can not read property 'range' of null error is thrown, Could anyone help how to resolve this?

This seems like it's a bug with the babel-eslint package, which should be replaced with @babel/eslint-parser. It's the same problem as the issue described here: babel/babel#10904
