Add check to make sure one or more tests have run before notifying #6495

Summary

As raised in #6363, when running jest-cli with the --notify --watch options, a notification would pop up even if no tests had run. This PR adds a check to make sure one or more tests have run before notifying the user.

Test plan

I've added a new scenario where no tests exist in the suite and updated the relevant snapshots to match the new expected output.

Should there be some snapshots added?

My understanding is that this is a result of the firstRun: i === 0 logic which is causing new snapshots in the the change testMode scenarios, due to me adding a new aggregation result to the notifyEvents array, so I believe this is expected?

an explicit test with zero tests (with expect(notifier).not.toHaveBeenCalled() or someting) would be great

I've added an explicit test which runs are part of each aggregation result scenario with the above. Let me know what you think!
