Add DynamoDB usage example

Summary

Inspired by MongoDB usage example, I created a Jest DynamoDB preset based on dynamodb-local package

Test plan

Tests are passing for a library which uses this preset: https://circleci.com/gh/shelfio/dynamodb-parallel-scan/tree/master
