[Feature Request] Provide a choco and/or winget package for installation on Windows #610

Right now the Windows instructions required a few manual steps that could be improved: putting sapling in the path, optionally overriding the sl alias, etc

It'd be great if there was a choco and/winget package that did these steps automatically for users. Before work starts on a package though, we need to decide a few things:

  • Should we override sl automatically? I assume no, in which case we need to decide on the invocation: sap? I don't feel strongly just need to figure out what the default alias will be.
  • Can we offer an automated way to optionally override sl for users who want this? Perhaps an interactive option, choco package flag (is that a thing?), or an environment variable.
