Can't update privacy url using deliver by fastlane

fastlane deliver on 2.217.0 fails to upload a privacy url for an iOS app from fastlane/metadata/en-GB/privacy_url. For that I am not able to submit for review app to App Store by fastlane.

Looking at the deliver changes in 2.217.0, there is #21472.

Can you be more specific about what is happening now? Is it just that the new content of the privacy_url isn't modified in the store? This is for an existing language, right?

Could you also run your build with VERBOSE=true on? E.g. VERBOSE=true bundle exec fastlane deliver ...
