Publish on npm, or define as a template repo?

How should someone use this?

Publishing on npm would require to allow customization, deliver both markup, styles and assets… Or maybe stick with the core styles that make things work, and simply provide examples?

Making it a template rpo implies that any new talk would have its own repo… Which is not that great :/
