Upload stops or fails.

Describe the bug
When I try to upload a file using the upload function the upload sometimes works but for most files stops at 95% or fails completely.
I can't find a pattern in which files are accepted and which are "refused".
Some pdf files work, some do not. (One was 80kb, one 130kb so both below the Chunk size)
CSV works, pictures do not.

Logs
The upload do not appear in the logfile. Maybe someone can give me a tip what I have to add to the configfile for them to be logged.

• Server: Freehoster bplaced.net
• PHP Version 8.2
• Browser: Firefox 122.01
