Bug report: Slow file download / display #457

Describe the bug
Each time when I open file to edit, editor waits exactly 25 seconds and than opens file. No matter what size of text file is.

To Reproduce

Connect to FTP
Edit .php or .html file

Expected behavior
Instant download due to very small file size.

Logs
No error.

Environment (please complete the following information):

FileGator Version 7.9.3
Server: Apache 2.4 on Debian Linux
PHP Version 8.2
Browser FireFox
