Right-side Y-Axis disappears when grouping by date using Perspective Viewer 'Y Line' plugin

Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Table data set includes 2+ columns grouped by date
2. Use Perspective Viewer 'Y Line' plugin to render the table
3. Split the main values by clicking on one or many of the labels on the main/left y-axis
4. The view correctly renders the data to the scale of the new split axis.
   • If the split/right y-axis is rendered, zoom in on the chart - then it should disappear

Expected Result:

Split/right y-axis should be rendered on the right of the chart next to the labels for the split column(s).

Actual Result:

Split/right y-axis is not rendered on the right of the chart. Labels for the split columns(s) are rendered though.
