When running step 4 firebase use --add in the friendlyeats-web directory, I get the following error: Error: firebase use must be run from a Firebase project directory. Run firebase init to start a project directory in the current folder

When I run it in the vanilla-js directory I get this error: Error: Failed to list Firebase projects. See firebase-debug.log for more info.
