Filter buttons in lists broken since 2.0.4 #3281

Clicking the filter buttons on the indi/fam lists no longer work.

It appears that clicking the buttons no longer toggles the underlying checkbox.

Seems to be caused by the Bootstrap 4.5 upgrade.

Bootstrap have finally issued a fix in 4.5.1 - but it only works for button labels containing plain text.

Button labels containing markup (<span>label</span>) still don't work.

Luckily, there is a workaround...
