Add editorconfig or opinionated code formatter

What do you guys think about adding an editorconfig or an opinionated code formatter like Prettier?

Moving among many projects I find it hard to remember which code style each project uses.

https://github.com/GoogleChromeLabs/ps-analysis-tool/ is a recent GoogleChromeLabs repo that has the files (.editorconfig, .prettierignore, .prettierrc) set up properly.
