Mouse cursor changes in size on Wayland with HiDPI / Fractional Scaling

Exact same issue as #129 has resurfaced. Trying the suggestion here #85 (comment) or here #162 (comment) or here #162 (comment) doesn't help.

I'm seeing an upside down finger pointer on links and the channel list under wayland.
