How to enable dates only after 14 days from current day and disable all dates until?

I am using

minDate: new Date().setDate()+14,
enableTime: true

      };

Tried doing this but entire calendar is greyed out

maxDate: new Date().fp_incr(14)
}

I am also having problems with minDate. I cannot get it to work at all. I tried the option minDate: "today" as in the examples, but it does not work.
Other options like clickOpens, dateFormat, enableTime works.
So far it is just minDate that does not work
I pulled flatpick in dinamically from the cdn at first and then later tried the npm local install, but still no change
Any idea why it would not work at all?
