Disable TimeRange for a specific date

Hello,

I think I tried every way but I still fail to disable a specific timerange for a specific date. Let say a user book an appointment for the 30th november at 10 am to 12 am, I want this specific time range to be disabled for this specific day.

Is it not possible with flatpickr? Is there a workaround with maybe minTime and maxTime?

This is vital for my project...
