Request for Consideration: Show Current Time when user first clicks to Select Date Time #3009

Right now when a user clicks to select a datetime, the current day is preselected and 12:00 PM is shown as the time.

It would be helpful for our users if instead of showing 12:00 PM it showed the current time:
