Dependabot now supports updating defined groups (https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/dependabot/dependabot-version-updates/configuration-options-for-the-dependabot.yml-file#groups) in one PR, but that is per directory/project, rather than per ecosystem.

For our use cases (in flutter/website, flutter/samples, flutter/codelabs, and dart-lang/site-www) we have many projects that are in the same ecosystem, and it would be nice to update those at one time.
