Request to upgrade the dependency Android configuration to target Gradle 8.x.x

Flutter doc

New flutter projects are advised to use the latest version of Gradle which has breaking changes regarding dependencies. Those new projects cannot compile as long as dependencies do not upgrade too.

Please help to migrate to Gradle version above 8 to fix the namespace issue.
