Have you tried using CUDA 11 (skipping driver installation during installation)?

I have no RTX40xx graphics card, but I am going to buy one. I am not sure whether CUDA11.1 can be used for 40 series GPU. In my impression, CUDA began to support 40 series GPU from CUDA11.6.
