Trouble disabling trouble plugin

I wanted to disable this plugin because I want to use the lsp-lines plugin.
However, the above code does not disable the trouble plugin, as can be seen below:

The text Lua Diagnostics.: Undefined global 'e'. should not be there, which I think is coming from the trouble plugin

That's not the trouble plugin. Those are regular neovim diagnostics
