I have no idea what you're doing, but just use the default settings and DONT mix using lazy with other plugin managers. Lazy specifically disables loading plugins from directories known to be used my other plugin managers to prevent all sorts of issues. Dont mess with the rtp yourself. You can import specs from any place under your Lua directory under your Neovim config dit. That bin directory seems very wrong. Check your Neovim install. |

I have set root to
~/.vim/plugged
and it loads plugins from there. I want a folder to import.I tried loading spec from
C:\Users\ekarni\AppData\Local\nvim\lua\plugins
~\.config\nvim\lua\plugins
It doesn't recognize it.It only recognizes
C:\Users\ekarni\Neovim\bin\plugins
( using
{import='plugins'}
)which is fine by me but strange.
When I added rtp and make it load the spec (pull request), it only worked after restart using shada file (not when neovim is up fresh).
