Why do we need caching for intl objects? #3269

Hey guys!
If we should support only to locales, for example, fr and de, then it's just enough to create 2 intl objects and reuse them in any place in code:
The question is: do we need caching in this case where we just reuse the same 2 intl objects? Thanks! |

cache is always optional and I'd recommend adding it if it becomes a bottleneck for you |
