Describe the feature

I would like the ability to set an alias to bounce emails back to the sender as undeliverable while also still delivering the message according to all the normal rules available for an alias.

My use case is that I have some email addresses that I would like to retire (bounce to sender) but I still want to monitor the incoming emails.
